Interview was two phases, both conducted alongside another peer. Both interviews were conducted at Apple Retail locations. Following the first interview, if you are invited back you will meet with regional managers at the second interview.

The interview process felt very human-centred. I could feel that the communication was two-way, whereas many other interviews I've experienced felt rather more one-sided. The questions were well-structured and thoughtfully phrased, allowing me from different cultural backgrounds to clearly understand the core intent of each question and respond effectively.
