Interview was average one on one mostly hypothetical situational questions. They also wanted to know how well you can perform under pressure. I also had to describe myself and my values. They wanted to know if I could drive a box truck and would I be willing to get a Commercial drivers license so that I would be able to deliver liquid oxygen. They also asked a ton of character trait questions to make sure I wasn't a thief.

Very rushed. They were short staffed and needed to fill a position so that staff wasn't overwhelmed. Interview was placed over the phone in less than a week of my application submitted. I was quick to provide all the information requested, and the manager was very accommodating to get me hired.
