They do not have a in house SAP SME's to interview. So they hired Incruit to interview for sap sd lead consultant. Interview is a bit tough with technical expectations. They took 3 rounds in that 2 are technical and one manager round. They checked for a techno-functional skills and behavioral traits in me. I have cleared all the rounds and i am going to join the company now. Will review the company after join and gaining experience in the company.
