I was an intern here before, and was brought for an on-site directly (without a phone interview). 3 weeks after the interview, I was told that I didn't get this job because they wanted to hire some one with more experience.

The interview process was in the form of a Wamly self-recorded video interview. It is imperative that you ensure your microphone and camera are working 100% before starting the interview. Once started, you are given a certain amount of time to read the question, and a certain amount of time to answer each question.

Met with 3 people - Hr rep and 2 engineers from different plants. Questions were basic. Took a few weeks to hear back. Had to go to Indiana for the interview.
