      Single stage. Very relaxed. BIZARRELY interviewed by the agent representing the job for the company ! Should have been my first caution flag. Came to realise that the agent had little interest in representing the actual job and was looking for a culture fit. The other interviewer was interested in basic competency. Found out later they have a high churn rate and many good people leave because their face doesn’t fit rather than being able to do a good job. So a real roll of the dice.

      Had a warm interview with 2 senior Managers. The interview process was smooth and they got back to me with feedback on the same day. Really good culture, Amazing colleagues with great work ethics.

      Entrevista

      I attended an interview at this organisation for Project Management role. It was very disappointing as one of the panellists, the department head showed no business etiquette by walking into the room late in a cynical dictatorial manner, rather than being present to welcome the interviewee. This was very derogatory, in my opinion. It was as if the interview was conducted in a regimented environment, yet there are subtle differences between private and regimented organisations ones in my opinion. This became evident in the questions asked the interviewer did not acquaint themselves with the job description hence was in self denial or oblivious to a vital requirement of the role which an assimilation of a project management control/process was developed for the transport sector in collaboration. The worst was to come when the organisation changed the term of contract after the interview and disingenuously in my opinion gave a negative feedback to cover for the change of employment terms done after the interview. It was evident that the interviewer’s ineptitude could not relate to a visible presence to persuade, manage or engage in a straightforward, truthful and candid way, with an interviewee, in my opinion. It was one of my worst interviews, very partial and meretricious especially when the interviewer wished me good luck for my next role even before leaving the interview room. In retrospect, I wished I had not attended.
