I was contacted by HR to set up a phone interview. Completed that process, then was asked to interview with the VP and another Director. During the interview the VP kept switching on and off her camera, and did not show any interest in what I had to say. Finally after waiting almost a full month to hear back I was not offered the next step in the interview process. I would have declined if I was offered...not a good feeling at all.
