Post phone interview I was asked to take a phone interview business case study and an excel skills tests. After passing both, I was asked to come to St. Louis for an on-site interview.

Short and simple, but to the point. Easy behavioral and prior experience questions. I was contacted by the recruiter, had an interviews with the manager 2 days later, and the director 3 days after that. It moved along pretty fast.
