Had a screening call then asked to take multiple behavioral screening tests that took probably an hour all together. Then I was invited to an hour long interview with the hiring manager. They were 8 minutes late and proceeded to spend most of the time asking consulting questions directly tied to solving their business challenges rather than assessing if I was a fit and vice versa.
Stay away if you value your time

Phone screen was ok. Then a Virtual Panel interview. It went well. Then came the handwriting analysis (yikes!) and the personality assessment (double yikes!!). Was told these were not used for hiring decisions, yet they were! Was rejected (after moving through live interviews quickly) only after the assessments. Funny thing - I have 20 years experience in that role, and all the contacts a person could ever hope for. So it was clearly the assessments. The problem with this, as everyone knows, these assessments lack scientific evidence supporting their use in hiring decisions. They can, in some cases, help identify a candidate's work style for more informed management moving forward; but even that is dubious at best.
