      Candidatei-me por meio de recrutador(a). O processo levou 2 meses. Fui entrevistado pela Atos (Pune) em fev. de 2018

      Entrevista

      Pune : 3rd Feb 2018 1. Resume Selection - - >Interview Scheduled They called me and ask my details like how much experience I have, my relevant experience, current CTC, Expected CTC, Notice Period, Adhaar Number etc. Post providing all these information I received interview call letter. Note : Please don't go if you don't have interview call letter. Because they called it as scheduled walkin which confused lots of people and they have to go back after being in a two queue for identification and documents verification . Interview : Three rounds Technical, managerial and HR Technical : It was pure technical with good quality of questions. Also asked me to write code on paper. Overall it was good with average questions. Managerial Round : In this they mainly focused on scenario based and process oriented questions. They will give you situation and ask you to estimate it and justify. It was telephonic and went for 0.5 hr. HR : It happened too late nearly 7.30 PM. Everyone was exhausted including panel. It started with yourself and career with reason for job change. Then mainly focused on salary negotiations. That's obvious. They didn't offer what I asked. Stating this is max what we have for your level. But as I agreed to there variable policy which was quit disappointment in my current organization. It concluded that you will get email further about process on next working day to document upload and rest. Even though process was okay I marked it as negative experience because they never release offer letter and even no communication on your profile post process. I had similar experience 2 years back also when I went through there entire process but once all round done. There were no communication from them. Ideally organization should communicate to everyone about there status post there interview process whatever it be. I took time to write this review as I am done with Atos as it's not worth wasting a day for there process. Experienced twice.
