Applied through a recruiting agency and in a couple of days, got a call from the agency asking about the expected salary, my current skillsets and all.
Finally arranged a date for the 1st round of Telephonic interview with Atos Technical team. It was more of a Tier1/Tier2 types of questions, mainly concentrating on commands than you do and explaining the terminologies in Ad/DNS/Exchange etc.
I went through that round and the interviewer said, I would get a call from the HR in a couple of days about the outcome. I waited for another week ,but never got a call from them. I was over excited since I knew I performed well in the 1st round and I called them back to know my outcome. It was only then they told me that they were interested in my candidature and would like to proceed to the 2nd telephonic round and asked whether I am more interested in AD/Exchange. Then the interview for Exchange Administrator was scheduled after a week.
I was called on the same day and the questions seemed to be difficult and even getting more one after the other. Nevertheless, I maintained a moderate-good pace through out.
I was made to wait for another week and then finally got an email from the Recruiting agency that my level of competency was not according to their standards set.
