Atos contacted with me first. It was fast track interview - one interview for one hour long about experience, motivation, if i want to change the current job and my expectations. Few days later got a job offer.
Candidatei-me online. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Atos.
Entrevista
Telephone interview followed by two face to face interviews consisting of a exercise and presentation. First interview was with Hiring manager and my to be mentor. Second interview was with the practice lead I would eventually join.
Candidatei-me por meio de recrutador(a). O processo levou 2 meses. Fui entrevistado pela Atos (Londres, Inglaterra) em out. de 2016
Entrevista
1. Internal recruiter telephone interview - salary expectations, interest in company, CV Qs.
2. Telephone interview by team member - role-based Qs, STAR Qs, company Qs and technical Qs.
3. F2F case study interview by two senior team members - 30 mins to prepare a presentation on tackling a business problem. How you'd research, plan and strategise key changes for x company.
4. F2F manager interview - CV Qs and further technical Qs, 'why Atos?'.
5. Call from senior team member - to reduce original offer amount and convince me to continue with the process as the future rewards would balance out... This was the most bizarre of all calls.
6. Manager call - futher technical & CV Qs, 'getting to know one another' (last part never happened).
7. Offer - (in my case £12-15k below the original amount).
Feedback for hiring managers:
- Admit when you can't offer industry rates from the start - it will save everyone a lot of time!
- Be timely in telling candidates whether they are through to each stage.
- Do not allow current team members to know/confirm salaries with new employees - it's confidential.
- Remember an interview is as much about you as it is the candidate.
I rejected my final offer due to the low salary, poor interviews from management and far better offers from competitors.

What would you advise, what information would you need and what tools/strategy/process would you look to change?
