I applied online. I was sent a verbal reasoning and a numerical reasoning test to complete online. After I passed them, I was invited for a competency-based telephone interview. No unexpected questions - a lot of "give me a time when you had a difficult team member to work with", "a time when you had to change the way you work" etc... They ask you to give answers based on the STAR model so make sure you know what that is and prepare a few real-life cases written down based on STAR in advance. Also asked questions about your motivation to work for Atos and why you chose a role in technology.
