Initially HR Trainees call you who don't have any clue of things. They schedule and reschedule to get the panelists. The twist is, you get panelists who don't know of your expertise. You also hear some nice cuss words in the middle of telecom like 'Bosstard" to check your cool :-) Then someone else calls for Walk In and then reverts back to stay back. Is this you Atos?

Telephone interview (first stage) and in person interview (second stage). Applied online (via LinkedIn) and remained in contact with Atos recruiter. It took several weeks before a telephone interview was arranged. During the telephone interview it transpired that the position I had applied for was no longer available (roles filled). Weeks later I noticed the position was being advertised for again and enquired about the availability of the position. I was told I would be scheduled in for an interview if still interested. Indeed, I was scheduled in for an in person interview (2 - 3 months after the initial telephone interview). However, I was contacted one day prior to the interview only to be advised that the position was no longer available (roles filled again). Overall a frustrating, slow and inefficient process.
