Entrevista
It is 3 step process.
1) Technical Process
2) Managerial Round
3) HR Round.
Technical process is the toughest one. You are asked really difficult questions. Mostly are scenario based and what have you come across in your current profile.
If you clear technical round remaining are more or less just formality rounds.
In Managerial Round, the manager to whom you will be reporting, ask you general questions regarding your experience and reasons for leaving current organisation.
Last and final round is the HR round which is just the formality, discussion related to your salary compensation and notice period.
One good thing is they are flexible in conducting the interview, as in, they are okay to have telephonic Interview if the candidate cannot make it for Face-to-Face interview.
But the bad part is that the HR is too lazy in issuing the offer letter.
It took 20 days for them to issue me the offer letter and you need to follow up with them for that.
So my advice is to not resign from your current organisation on verbal confirmation from the HR until you get the offer letter. Moreover, clearly mention the notice period that you need to serve in your current organisation cause HR mostly tends to force you into getting the notice period negotiated with your current organisation.

Entrevista
First round is technical and interviewer would ask about the core Java, spring and hibernate.second round was managerial asking puzzles with some code. Last round was salary discussion and that has been done on telephone .HR released the salary letter after 1 week.
1st technical written, 2nd face to face technical, 3rd management and 4 th HR rounds.
Written round had core java , sql and jasp based questions. In 2nd round they asked details about jsp and EJBs. This interview was 7 years before. In currently the pattern will be same but the skill set may differ.
