Entrevista
I received an email referral to the position. I applied and within the week I received a call for an interview. I interviewed with the Branch Manager and then the manger below him. Interview was very easy and went smoothly. 3 long weeks went by and I was asked to come back for a second interview. During the second interview I was interviewed again by the same two people for about 20 mins. Then met with a lady who runs 3 branches and was the branch manager's boss. Right after the second interview I was offered the position.

Entrevista
I applied for this position and interviewed during the height of the Covid-19 pandemic in my area, so I imagine my experiences are different than others. I had two video conference interviews with the Claims Manager and Regional Vice President. They were both in the same week. I followed up with each of them with a thank-you email immediately after each interview. They were both very pleasant to talk to and conversation seemed to flow easily. About two weeks after the second interview I receive an email from a corporate recruiter asking me to fill out a background check. They also followed up with references I had give in the application. Due to the pandemic the background checks are extremely delayed and about two weeks after I applied I was offered a position contingent on the full background check coming back okay.
