2 months of interviews, after the final interview, which went well, I literally never heard from them again. Ghosted by an employer. Imagine if a prospective employee did that? First time to see that and very surprised to be honest! Not impressed.

The interview process consisted of four key stages: HR screening, manager assessment, technical round, and cultural fit evaluation. The technical round involving live coding with three questions to be completed in 45 minutes.

The interview is deeply focused on culture values and company's ways of work. More value on soft skills as long as there is a minimum of hard skills associated to the job.
