The interview process was pretty simple. It involved an initial phone interview, followed by an in-person all-day interview where I met leaders and peers in the various departments (both technical and non-technical). This was then followed by the last phone call from the recruiter.

Entrevista
The interview process consisted of 3 interviews.
First with a college recruiter - which was mainly to make sure you were who you said you were, to give you an overview of Ananade and to make sure you were ok with 80% travel.
Second was technical. This is very important! Before this interview I had an interview with microsoft which I tanked. After that I lost a lot of confidence with technical interviews. I even cancelled one with Amazon. Pay very close attention to the questions here on glassdoor, pretty much all of them were asked in my technical interview. Had I not stumbled upon this website hours before my interview I wouldn't have gotten an offer. Anyone who has a bachelors in CS will be familiar with the questions, but if you haven't brushed up in a while you will probably be caught off guard.
The third interview was behavorial. My interviewer had to end the session early because he had a client meeting. I wasn't asked any technical questions. It consisted mostly of him asking about my professional history and learning who I was as a person. I wouldn't be surprised if technical questions being asked depends on the interviewer. I happened to get lucky with someone very easy going and busy that day. Very casual and unusually comfortable for an interview.

Entrevista
I applied online, and got a phone interview after a few weeks in September.
The first phone interview was more behavior type questions. There was a second phone interview after a few weeks. This interview focused on technical questions . Afterwards there was an in person interview about a month later in November.
The in person interview went great. Everyone was friendly. There was a 1:1 interview and afterwards you were able to talk to new hires and then afterwards there was a "speed dating" sort of interview with about 10 people. It took about 4-6 hours (lunch included).
The interview process went well however the waiting to hear back was the worst. Initially they said I did well and that they were interested in giving me an offer, however they kept pushing it back. I was in constant communication with my recruiter however the same conversation pretty much kept occurring. They finally messaged me in March saying that they officially had an opening in June and if I was still interested. I said I was and they said they'd let me know about an offer soon. It's April now and I still haven't heard back.
Waiting 5 months for a decision is ridiculous.

The interview was okay, to test your attitude and technical background, and I was applied in school so they will not set a very high standard if you don’t have much experience
