Was told there would be 4 interviews, ended up with 6. 1 interview ~per week once I passed each gate; very old school process. Received an offer but declined. They had greater role aspirations but the role metrics didn't align with what was communicated. Also misalignment between interviewers regarding location / remote.

Fantastic interview process very smooth. loved the recruitment communication and collaboration and gave me a heads up of who i was interviewing with so i could reach out to them on Linkedin before the interview.
