1st stage: call with a recruitment consultant
The questions where around candidate's previous experience, skill set etc.
2nd stage (final): all day assessment day on Team's. (group exercise with a Case Study and 121 interview with a manager and HR representative)

Entrevista
The interview is overal’ not very difficult, it includes clear and structured instructions. There are three tasks after that comes Questions and answers with 3 different people. Nice and welcoming team.

How would you change the solution to make it scalable in case the company grows quickly

Entrevista
Quick and clear interview process. Interviewers were friendly, ran it more like a conversation that went both ways and were complementary. However, despite interviewers being encouraging and offering to be contacted if any questions, the recruiter ghosted after final interview.

General conversation about past experience and what you’re looking for in moving.
There were two interviews with some technical questions, but mostly behavioral. There was 1 interview with the org leader which was all behavioral. None of the interviews were very difficult.
