I had sent my resume for screening, got selected. Had a brief telephonic interview, got through. In the written test, the questions were like: correct sentences, rewrite in american english, fill in the blanks with suitable prepositions, write the procedure to print a MS Word doc, list the challenges of tech writing, structure of a typical document...

It was a long session. 1st round was a written test.
Written Test: Grammar and had to write on a topic.
The second round was the operations round. There were two managers who took the interview.
Managers asked tricky questions but the managers were good and knowledgeable
