- Recruiter screening, hiring manager call, a couple more 1:1s. A pretty reasonable interview cycle. - Recruiter was kind and communicative, and sent a hand-written rejection email with actual feedback, not a boiler plate one - Overall positive experience, EXCEPT the reason for rejection was kind of weird - the hiring manager thought the role wouldn’t be challenging enough for me. I replied and said, well she never brought this up to me. She said nothing of the sort. That should have been a talking point in a mature dynamic to discuss it together and arrive at a common understanding. Maybe she’s right, maybe not, either way it should be been a conversation. - said they’ll keep my resume on file for future jobs which never really happens.

Left a bad taste in my mouth. The process seemed messy and amateur. Asked for skills on required on the job description. Didn't seem to understand experience levels, salary was lack luster, but the kicker was requiring an assessment after a screening call but before deciding if they were moving on. I know I had a near perfect score on my assessment so I don't think they even reviewed it. Just incredibly rude to show so little value for candidates time. I expected a lot more from a would-be staffing agency. Amateur stuff.
