First received a phone call to setup an interview phone call. Both calls happened two days after I submitted the application online. A week after the phone interview, I was contacted by phone for an in person interview. The interview took place on-site in Maryland. I was flown to the interview, put up in a hotel the night before, and provided with a rental car (as I was coming from out-of-state). Phone interview consisted of basic questions about items on my resume. The in-person interview was mostly a character interview. I was asked about what I like to do (work wise), if I have experience in xyz technologies, explain a little about my resume, and I was allowed to ask clarifying questions about the job.
