First you pass a phone interview. When invited to the company for an in-person, you'll meet with HR for an hour, then security, then the panel for about 30minutes each.

Describe how to distribute password changes throughout a UNIX environment.
Applied online. Had a call with the recruiter and set up an interview. I interviewed a couple of weeks later with the hiring manager, principal systems engineer, and Sr. systems engineer. I heard back the following week.

Entrevista
The hiring manager directly contacted me to get an in person interview with the team. While the interview process was only 2 rounds, one HR interview and one on campus interview, it took over 2 months to wait for the HR department to set up the interviews and hear back.

Talked with an onsite manager at the Warren michigan facility and then looked at the Bradley fighting vehicle. The whole process took about an hour and half was tslking in the conference room and half at the vehicle
