Candidatei-me por indicação de um funcionário. O processo levou 6 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela BAE Systems USA (Washington, DC) em jun. de 2021
Entrevista
I applied upon the recommendation of a BAE employee who encouraged me to apply and partially recruited me for the position. Then applied online with resume and cover letter. Did four intense interviews over 4-5 weeks--each time 4-5 people on the panel. Waited a few more weeks for an offer letter. Another week of compensation negotiation, then hired. Overall a very thorough and thoughtful process--it was a bit frustrating that it took so long, including long gaps in communication with my designated HR Recruiter. But, a mentor reminded me, "at this level, you are expensive, and companies take their time committing such an investment in you as a new hire, so it can take a while for internal deliberations." Totally makes sense. I am in my 4th year with the company, and still love it here!

No surprises. Lots of scenario-based STAR format questions "tell me about a time when you..." At each interview level, all members of the panel had read my resume and cover letter in detail. And it seemed they had also browsed my LinkedIn profile as well. Each panel member asked at least one question based on my resume. Bottom line: be prepared. They take this process seriously, and endeavor to make it fair and objective.
Very professional and well organized interview where multiple people were asking questions. Respectful of opinions and gave ample opportunities for questions. Overall a very good interview process. Decisions were made and conveyed in timely manner post interview
Candidatei-me por meio de recrutador(a). O processo levou 2 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela BAE Systems USA em set. de 2022

No initial screening, only an email from the Recruiter. The recruiter did not provide a lot of details but did tell me I'd be only interviewing with the hiring manager. The first interview was a panel interview involving the hiring manager, a director, and an HR representative. Not an issue but would have been nice to have been better informed of all the interview participants. They conducted an hour-long interview asking a series of typical behavioral questions and quantitative questions. Wrapped up the interview by saying, we'll have a decision by the end of the week and will let you know. Two weeks later...nothing. Seems to be another company that speaks of integrity in its principles but actually practices Ghosting. Speaks volumes about their lack of integrity.
