The interview was conducted with a panel. The panel was very welcoming (not intimidating it was evident they desired the candidate to preform well), they stated clear objectives of the role and its various requirements, and proposed creative questions. They were also open to any questions at the conclusion of the interview.

The interview was a panel interview. There were three interviewers and myself. They asked me very direct questions and were very up-front about what would be expected of me in the role.

Entrevista
Very brief and basic. Can you take orders? We have plenty of work. I have hired folks with degrees that don't want the entry level job and leave. I explained that I want longevity and I am a worker bee. He said ok. I was immediately hired only to find out that what I was doing was Asset Control which is administrative in nature yes, but the person hired has to fit into the culture there, which I understood.
