The interview process is a multiple-stage process for hiring new employees. The stages mainly comprise job interviews one-on-one with hiring manager. then an open discussion with a few team members over the phone or via video conferencing tools.
Initial 30-minute phone interview with manager then 1 hour Zoom interview with current employees and the manager. When I received the offer my bad experience began, as I was pressured by the hiring manager and recruiter to accept. Each day I would receive a call and text to accept the offer to the extent it was seen as harassment.

The questions were mainly behavioral questions. They wanted to know about your experience and discuss your resume.

Entrevista
I applied online, and received a call within a week of applying. I had a phone screen with a recruiter. However, he asked what I make and what I expect and the whole processed was stopped. He said I make too much and I would have to take at least a $25K hit on my salary.
Please post your salary range if you are going to be so strict on filtering folks based on salary rather than experience and merit.
