Panel interview of 5 people. General mix of chemistry and science questions with questions on how I interact with people. The two group leaders asked a majority of the questions. I learned more about the job during the interview.

How do I handle working with difficult or problematic individuals? What has been my greatest achievement? Have I been in charge of a project and responsible for it's execution and completion?
Panel interview…was laid back…got the interview after applying online 2 weeks before…the interview was onsite. It’s been over a week since the on-site interview, so it’s safe to say they hired another candidate. I expect to receive the rejection email any day now.
The interview process was with 4 people, and at the beginning they were very kind, later on, it took aroun 1 hour to answer all the questions that every person had, but it was a behavioral interview.
