Entrevista
The interview process took only 2 steps. The first step was a phone screening with HR. After that I was contacted by HR saying that I was selected to move to the next step. The second step was a full morning interview where I had to make a 20 minutes presentation and then I was interviewed by 4 people in 2 panels. After that, it took 1 week to know that I got the job
They ask me behavioral questions (some of them very detailed about my resume and unexpected) and a lot of technical questions regarding my resume.

Give me an example of a time when you catch a mistake someone else made, how did you handle it and what was the outcome?
Give me an example of a time when you had to adapt your ideas or methods to someone else's ideas or methods, what was the outcome?
1st HR phone screen, 2nd online technical interview, about 10 interviewers. After presentation, they ask technical questions and standard behavioral questions, 3rd onsite, mainly talk to high level managers, senior managers and VP, pretty friendly.

Phone interview during 30 minutes. Typical questions based on the CV and motivation. What negative feedback you received from your previous boss? Did you supervise people? If yes, did you get negative feedback from them? Which products BASF produces? Etc
