Completed a phone interview. Next step is an in person interview with a panel of 4 people from different departments. Hoping to get an offer after this interview. I applied online through Handshake, and received a call a month after that to schedule the in person interview.

Interview is okay but background check took almost a month to complete. The interviewer has no idea when will be the onboard date. In general it's not a pleasant experience.
