The interview was a full day long event, there were multiple one-on-one interviews throughout the day. Each candidate rotated through multiple interview rooms. Each candidate was required to give a short presentation summarizing their thesis research.

Overall three interview processes: 1. Hirevue; 2. 2 phone interview sessions with LDP mentors; 3. onsite interview with poster presentation, tour, and interviews.
