The interview was a 3 step process: 1. A call from HR 2. Offline meeting with HR 3. Final meeting with a teamlead and a senior from the team Overall waiting time between the interviews was not more than 2 weeks.

The interview occurred in two stages. The first stage was a short and brief phone call to get to know me. The second stage was an in-person interview with the line manager and one of the HR person. It was formal but not tough, they were friendly. I felt positive after completing the interview, and within a couple of days, I was offered the job.
