It was pretty easy, I applied online then had a phone screen with HR/the Talent agency. I was then emailed to schedule an in person interview. It was with 2 managers, and pretty laid back.

They asked about previous experiences on my resume, asked if I was ok with speaking in front of audiences of people, pretty much all behavioral.

waited 2 months for the interview, the team is very nice, with most female leaders, because i am chinese, they even ask some other employee with chinese background to assist the interview

asking me from bachelor to master degree choice, why come to Germany, why is my degree (germanistik) not that relevant to marketing, how long do i plan to work here
Me candidatei online no processo seletivo da BASF pelo site de talentos. O processo em si foi muito rápido, sendo composto primeiramemte por um funcionário de RH da empresa, onde fez uma espécie de "triagem" com todos os participantes. Caso você esteja alinhado com o perfil que a empresa esta procurando, você será designado para uma entrevista diretamente com os gestores da área.
