The HR staff contacted me, asked me about the regular questions, and then the partner and manager interviewed me with basic and simple questions. The staff here are friendly, And the overall working experience was fantastic.

Colloquio più o meno tecnico per un prima esperienza lavorativa, abbastanza facile. Il tutto durato circa una trentina di minuti e con un manager, esercizi anche carta e penna. Sembrava fosse andato male e invece ho ricevuto l'offerta.

The interview included many behavioral questions (e.g., "Tell me about a time when...") that required detailed STAR-format responses. The interviewers dove deeply into specific bullet points on my resume, asking follow-up questions about challenges, outcomes, and my exact contributions. They also proactively asked about other relevant experiences not listed on the resume to get a fuller picture of my background and skills.
