I like the BDO folks with whom I interacted. My recruiter was very honest and clear about the process all along the way, because it was quite a process. I had three interviews, all over the phone. The first was the standard recruiter screen and the last two were with my manager and the big boss respectively. I enjoyed all my conversations and felt they asked the right questions. I was really impressed that they were able to make a decision w/o having to meet me in person. My only issue with the process was the length.
