- Take an 30 minute test - very simple accounting knowledge (know types of statements & qualitative characteristics etc)
- Time to ask the managers questions about the company
- Group activity building a tower with Jenga blocks (different team roles are allocated at the begining)
- Meet and greet where you get to ask the current grads questions

Entrevista
Online assessment, followed by a video interview, followed by a virtual assessment centre, followed by an in person interview. Felt supported throughout and had great quick responses in regards to next stages.

Partner interview was quite fast, whole process was about an hour. Interviewer is nice, helped me feel welcome and relaxed,. When answering the questions, interviewer didn't really care what you said, just recording the answer into the system.
