Application via bdo website, then telephone interview with hr. then face to face interview in london office with 1 head of department and 1 contacted employee (not permanent employee). Interview was more focused on things learnt at university and not much focus on what the role actually consists of. Very disappointed as some. The HR team are not good too as they dont keep you informed i had to repeatedly contact the hr person who got me the interview to be told that i was unsuccessful. Overall process was not good. Costly to go into office. Rather be told if successful or not they do not do this which is not good
