The entire process comprised of 3 interviews. Usually you go through HR first, but I had my first interview with the department itself. I met the person I would be working directly under, then their superior. The second interview was with the person next up the ladder, and it was at this point that I was offered the position, and the date I could begin–I'd just have to go through the HR interview and the contract signing. Come the HR interview, I'm told that I have to wait to be matched with a department. Apparently, they found out I had a relative in the very same department I was applying for when they called me over the phone during a trip. This was something I was completely uninformed about; I had to learn this by calling the department I applied for since HR could only say that they had the final say. I got a call from HR a few days after the interview, but was unable to answer it so I attempted to call and text the caller. Unfortunately, I didn't get a response after that.
