Multi-stage process which was organised and thorough albeit a little slow on the feedback at times. There is a large focus on culture fit rather than the standard set of questions most organisations ask in interviews.

I received an offer from BDO India on 4th September 2025 at 7:53 PM, with a deadline to accept by 12 PM the same day — a deadline that had already expired before the offer was even sent. A few hours later, the offer was withdrawn despite me informing HR about health issues, travel, and network problems. I had even declined other opportunities for this role. Very unprofessional and unfair handling of candidates.
