Behaviour questions - behavioral (assessing past experiences), situational (evaluating problem-solving skills), technical (testing knowledge), competency-based (measuring skills), and cultural fit (assessing alignment with company values). Tell me about yourself What are your strengths and weaknesses
Online hirevue video recording, then you go in for in-person assessment centre where you sit at a table with 5 other applicants and go through a scenario, from there it is a one-on-one interview.
It is quite lenghty. I snoozed off a little bit waiting for my turn as it was a group interview. Honestly, I messed up the interview. The questions were quite common but I think I didn’t prepared enough for the interview (or maybe the waiting time does effect my focus idk ?). I hope I can do better in the future.

Why are you applying to do your internship at BDO ?
Das Vorstellungsgespräch verlief insgesamt okay. Ich konnte die Fragen beantworten, jedoch wurden teilweise unnötige Fragen gestellt und die Atmosphäre war nicht besonders angenehm. Dadurch wirkte das Gespräch nicht so angenehm.
