Angenehmes Gespräch, wobei der Fokus auf den persönlichen Hintergrund gelegt wurde und durch Werdegang besprochen wurden. Allgemein wurde der CV behandelt und entsprechend wurden Fragen gestellt. Zusätzlich wurde erklärt, welche Aufgaben bei der Arbeit erwarten.

The interview lasted about an hour and included a mix of motivational and job simulation questions. They asked about my skills, previous experiences, and specifically why I chose BDO instead of the Big 4 firms.

It was an easy and smooth interview process with friendly interviewer who was knowledgeable. The assessment centre was also a good experience and all the rounds were very clearly explained to us and the group discussion topics were also interesting.
