It was straightforward, quite usual questions. Overall, they appreciated the enthusiasm for collaboration and communication. They are also looking for ambitious graduates who are willing to put in the work. This interview is done after passing the assessment centre.

Online assessment, followed by a video interview, followed by a virtual assessment centre, followed by an in person interview. Felt supported throughout and had great quick responses in regards to next stages.

Partner interview was quite fast, whole process was about an hour. Interviewer is nice, helped me feel welcome and relaxed,. When answering the questions, interviewer didn't really care what you said, just recording the answer into the system.
