There were total number of 3 rounds (2 tech+ online assessment) initailly but later got reduced to 2. First round was a technical round with a associate director where she checked upon my fundamentals and drafting skills where I had to draft a mail for inviting all BOD for the upcoming Board Meeting. I got a positive feedback in this round. Afterwhich due to my performance 2nd technical round was not conducted. Later was an online assessment round which was relating to basics of tax, accounts, emailing and auditing. After 2 days I received the offer letter from them. My experience was very wonderful as the recruiter was very transparent, supportive, co-ordinated with me throughout the interviews. I highly recommend the recruitment process.
