Poor. Lack of communication from the recruitment team has to chase multiple times. After interview, no feedback was given which is a very poor candidate experience. Lack of solid info provided at first call also, came away with unanswered questions.

They didn’t, at the actually interview it was the HM telling me about himself I then asked questions and said let me know if you want to know anything about my background he said he had seen my CV and LI profile so just if there’s anything I want to share.
