4 sets of interviews, 2 in person, an hour long excel test and HR ghosts me … Many red flags picked up along the way and it was a very disorganized and unprofessional process. Was given a days notice to come into the office both times, 2 senior level people showed up 10+ minutes late, no one reviewed my resume beforehand, and to top it off the very last person I was supposed to meet with had to cancel due to a last second conflict … while I was in the office.

First interview was a 30 min zoom call with 2 team members. They asked one simple technical and the rest was behavioral. I was then invited to the Superday, where there is a case study sent out to be done before. The Superday was from 8am-3pm, with multiple behavioral interviews and then a walk through of the case study and an Excel test.
