Fast recruiting process. three rounds and offer. Met with 3 Senior Executives. Each round of interview was from 30 - 45 minutes. 2 interviews were in Toronto and 1 from head office in Netherlands.

5 steps of the recruitment process, every part with different members of the team to make sure that I had the chance to meet all of the people that I'm going to work with and challenging task during the process. It was a pleasant and extraordinary experience with people that are honest, straight to the point and good sense of humour. An extraordinary experience that made me believe in this people, task and company and cannot wait to develop further with Backbase.
