Entrevista
Very engaging and nice interview process. I highly appreciate Backbase for such a nice interview process.
First there was call with recruiter to understand the profile and expectation
Second round was technical discussion with Solution Architect to know depth and breadth of knowledge
third round was with VP, its mix of technical, leadership and cultural fitment
Last and most interesting round is to present case study to diverse group of people.

Entrevista
3 stage process, step 1 with hr, step 2 with hiring manager and final interview is case presentation. I received feedback the very same day for all the steps. The case presentation is quite challenging i should say.
