Entrevista
I went through four interviews total in a time span of about a month. 1st interview was with HR, 2nd with the local hiring manager, 3rd with a senior person in HQ, and the final interview was a case presentation to a larger audience.
I found the overall experience well organized and a rewarding process. Everyone involved provided the necessary support and had a positive attitude towards a successful outcome. The final interview required a lot of preparation and was not easy, but found it to be very practical in the sense that the exercise will allow you to learn about Backbase product to a certain level, and it is a great opportunity to ask yourself if it is your cup of tea.

Three consecutive interviews followed by a detailed case study consisting of three presentations covering selling techniques, understanding of the Backbase proposal, strategic positioning, client engagement approach, and a comprehensive territory development plan.

There are many rounds of interview, one with HR, one with your line manage and one with manager of line manager. Once your pass all of there, The final round will be panel interview with case study presentation to pitch for any solution you familiar with follow by pitching Backbase solutions.

The interview process was possibly the best I've ever had! There was excellent communication throughout the process and everything moved along at a good pace. I was always provided feedback at each stage of the interview process.
