I was asked to self access myself and come up with improvement areas from the interview process
The entire process took 2 weeks and consisted of 3 rounds of face to face interviews on behavioural, competency and case study assessments.
Interviewers:
First round was with the hiring manager,
Second round was the HR panelists
Final round was a case presentation for the HR panelist and Business Stakeholders

Entrevista
Overall was a great interview process, the follow up was good. The recruiter always let me know what was the next step, with enough time prior to itself, and the feedback after every interview was there, so it made the process friendly and considerated.
