Entrevista
Round 1: Online Assessment (OA) challenging, testing quantitative aptitude and verbal reasoning under tight time constraints.
Round 2: Guestimate & Logical Reasoning A moderately difficult round focused on structured thinking and numerical intuition. While not overly complex, it demanded clarity in approach and logical breakdowns of ambiguous problems.
Round 3: Consulting Case & Reasoning This was the toughest round, involving intricate business scenarios and layered reasoning. It tested not just analytical ability but also communication, hypothesis-driven thinking, and adaptability under pressure.

Average revenue per day of a Chai Tapri inside your college campus.
I applied online and got a online assessment after ~1 week. I completed the online test but I haven't heard back since then. The timeline is a bit uncertain to me.
First round case interviews. Got standard questions about profitability and market entry. IMO the most difficult part was reading complex charts and distilling the key insights with time pressure. There was little behavioral.
The interview was overall efficiently run and very professional. It had 2 stages; a case interview typical of management consuting interviews and a fit interview to assess cultural fit with the firm.
