Entrevista
There were two rounds that consisted of interviews with individual interviewers. In each round there were 2 cases with different consultants - there was a behavioral interview and a case, followed by questions. The format was the same for the final rounds which also consisted of 2 interviews, but with more senior managers.

Drei Interviewrunden, je ein Interviewer: zwei englischsprachige Case Studies (Interviewer-geführt, strukturiert) sowie Personal Fit mit situativen Fragen ohne CV-Bezug - keine Angaben zu Praktika oder Uni gefragt. Stattdessen Reaktionsfragen à la „Wie würdest du in Situation XYZ reagieren?". Mit solider Vorbereitung nichts Unerwartetes. Alle Interviewer sehr freundlich und aufgeschlossen — angenehme, entspannte Atmosphäre throughout.
